What is Liquid Strength and what will it do for me ?

   Liquid Strength is a method of training that thinks and moves "outside the box". Instead of moving in the typical linear fashion (think lateral raises and always going to same spot), we vary every repetition and move through a wide range of motions.  When an athlete moves to swing at a ball or dives to make a catch, they use all of their muscles through random ranges of motion to complete their task.  In typical methods of training, we move in a very artificial way that does not help the body with these complex multi-planer movements.  Our bodies always get "used to" what we do to train it. When we move creatively and differently, we ask the core and all the surrounding muscles to adapt to a new pathway of movement. These new challenges allow the athlete to get fitter and stronger without "getting used to" the work.
